Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, but making valentines for your child’s class doesn’t have to be hard. These “Main Squeeze” printable cards make it easy with a non-candy treat!
I don’t know about your kids, but mine get so excited for Valentine’s Day. There’s something about having their mailboxes stuffed with sweet notes from friends that just makes them happy. Come to think of it, I’d be pretty excited too if I opened my mailbox to a pile of sweet notes from my friends.
Ever since my girls were born, I’ve tried to make their valentines special without going overboard on the sweets.

Valentine’s Day is the second most sugar-filled holiday after Halloween, so I think it’s a great idea to find non-sweet treats for my kids and their friends. Goodness knows my girls get plenty of sweets all year, so a fun, healthier treat is always a good idea.

One year I found free printable valentines that said “You Blow Me Away, Valentine” and attached them to adorable mini bubbles. Another year I made valentines reading “You Color My Word, Valentine” and added crayons. It’s all super cute, and you can find tons of versions of these ideas on Pinterest.
So this year I decided to use these fruit squeeze pouches for my preschooler’s classmates.

Steps for making the “Main Squeeze” valentines:

Easy Valentine’s Day Mailbox Tip
Here’s another quick mom tip for making Valentine’s Day easier!
You know how kids always need a shoebox to turn into a Valentine’s Day mailbox for school? Last year we bought a mailbox kit for $5 (or less).
It was easy, and everything you need is right in the pack. No hunting for a shoebox or searching for craft supplies to make it cute. Grab the kit, hand it to your kid, and you’re done! I’m sure we’ll be getting the unicorn and mermaid mailboxes this year. So adorable!
