Ever since we first walked into our previous home with our realtor, I knew I wanted to replace all of the flooring. It’s been seven years, and we still have the same floors. Ripping them out and replacing them just hasn’t fit the budget.
Thankfully, peel-and-stick tiles have come a long way, and they’re about to change everything in our guest bathroom/girls’ bathroom!
I’ve heard so many good things about these adhesive, peel-and-stick vinyl floor tiles that I simply had to try them for myself! They’re an inexpensive, non-permanent way to change a room’s look on a budget, which is always a win in my book! I love that I can pull them up if I get tired of them, or the next owner can remove them too.
If all goes smoothly, which I expect it will, the laundry room and master bathroom are next on my list!
These are the tiles currently in our girls’ bathroom.
As you can see, the tile is nothing fancy. It’s not bad, but it doesn’t speak to me either. I think it’ll be fun to add a pop of pattern to the floor for some personality, you know? And we’re going to do something about those dirty grout lines while we’re at it!
These are the adhesive floor tiles I chose for my bathroom refresh (see all of the bathroom refresh plans here). I’m curious to see how the shower curtain and floor tiles look together. It may be pattern overkill, but if it comes to that, I’ll swap the shower curtain for something less busy. The peel and stick tiles are staying for sure!
