Happy weekend! We’ve wrapped up our first full week of school and are easing back into homework, schedules, and routines. Weeknights are settling down, and weekends this month have felt pleasantly slow—perfect for enjoying a little calm before fall fills up with activities.
The season ahead is already shaping up with mountain trips, football games, and plenty of after-school practices and events. For now, I’m taking advantage of these quieter days to catch up on projects and draft a few new posts I’m excited to share.
One upcoming post is about the sterling silver pieces I inherited from my grandmother and the small but meaningful realization I had: it’s better to use and appreciate these heirlooms now rather than hiding them away for “someday.” I’ve been learning how to care for and style these beautiful, timeworn pieces and finding ways to weave them into everyday life and home decor. I hope to publish that story soon and can’t wait to share the photos and tips.
