Happy weekend! We're fully into our summer routine and soaking up all the nostalgic '90s summer vibes: biking to the pool, filling coloring books, heading off to summer camps, cheering at swim meets, and spending plenty of time with friends. I love how summer naturally pulls us away from screens and into real-life fun. There's something special about long days full of activity, sunshine, laughter, and making memories together.
My husband is coaching our local summer swim team this year. It's been a lot of work, but also a ton of fun. The team even won its first meet of the season this past week!
We've also jumped on the fancy marker and grown-up coloring book craze this summer. It's been a great break from screen time and something relaxing to do while watching a movie in the evenings. I ordered these markers and coloring books, and my 10-year-old hasn't stopped coloring since they arrived. Honestly, I may be enjoying them just as much as she is!
