Holiday Planner Printable Binder: Templates and Checklists

Set aside the stress this holiday season with our printable Holiday Planner. It’s designed to get every holiday detail out of your head and onto paper — all in one place. Imagine the relief before you even begin!

This Holiday Planner isn’t just another stack of pages that collects dust. When used as intended, these pages will help you reclaim the holidays so you can enjoy them again. Organization can turn frantic days into calm, meaningful moments.

This is usually the time of year when I feel anxious about how to manage everything: parties to plan, gifts to buy, treats to bake, meals to prep, decorations to hang (then photograph and take down), and a house to tidy. The list never seems to end. The worst thing I can do is keep all of it in my head.

I truly love this season, but too often I find myself more focused on surviving than enjoying. That’s why I created a planner to take the crazy out of the holidays — Christmas and Thanksgiving included — and to help you stay organized and intentional. I designed it for myself because a good binder keeps me sane, and after years of using a planner, I can attest to how much it helps.

Start early — even in October — to plan things like family photos, ordering cards, hosting events, or scheduling a baking day. Getting ahead makes it far easier to savor the moments you’ve worked so hard to create. Let this planner guide you through deciding what you want to do — and what you intentionally won’t do — this season.

Introducing: The Holiday Planner

Holiday Planner Printable Binder Pages

This is the first time I’ve compiled a holiday binder like this for general purchase. It’s a printable, digital product you can download and print at home or at a local print shop. It’s structured to fit into a standard half-inch binder and includes printable pages that help you prepare without the panic.

Please note: this is a digital file to print yourself. No physical product will be mailed.

Tips for Using the Holiday Planner

1. Print it out. If you have a reliable home printer, you can print most pages on standard paper and heavier card stock for gift tags. If you prefer professional printing, local copy centers can print color pages and heavier stock. Consider label sheets or sticker paper for box labels if you prefer pre-cut label formatting.

2. Hole punch the pages. A basic three-hole punch will let you insert pages into a binder quickly and keep everything organized.

3. Use a binder with pockets. A 1/2-inch binder is ample for most users. Choose one with interior pockets to hold receipts, tags, or program notes. Only print the pages you’ll use — this saves ink and keeps your binder focused and uncluttered.

Tip: You don’t need every page. I included many templates so you can pick and choose what works for your family. If a particular page (like a Black Friday shopping list) doesn’t apply, skip printing it.
