Happy weekend! This week marked the official end of our summer swim season — hooray! While I’ll miss seeing our swim friends every day, it’s a relief to regain a bit of time in the calendar. We’re already shifting into back-to-school shopping, planning a few staycation adventures, and settling into a slower, more relaxed rhythm for a little while.
The week has been pleasantly quiet as we catch our breath now that swim practices are over. I’m grateful for the gentler pace, even though the girls are a little sad and already missing their teammates. It’s bittersweet, but my mama heart is full knowing how much they love the sport and the friends they made. 💙
