Happy weekend! We spent spring break on a brief family road trip to Kentucky, visiting the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter, with a stop at a Kentucky horse farm on the drive home. It was a sweet, simple getaway for our family of four — a chance to explore new sights together and return refreshed. I always enjoy discovering new places, but there’s something especially comforting about coming back home.
This week I also celebrated my birthday and received a mahjong set — have you ever played? I’m officially hooked and looking forward to learning new hands and spending cozy evenings at the table. Little pleasures like that make the season feel brighter.
